College of DuPage (ECWd) –
What a shameful display of childish behavior!
The boycott continues for the second time tonight, and the third time in a month, with Birt, McGuire, and Wozniak failing to show for the Special Meeting that they called which was supposed to start at 7:00 p.m. tonight at the College of DuPage.
It appears that since the three boycotting trustees never appeared for their Special Meeting start time, the earlier meeting continued with discussions and no actions.
Once again, for the boycotting trustees: it is a crime in Illinois to withhold official action as a public official, and to bring about or continue a boycott or collective action.
This makes the third time they have failed to show.

Posted at 12:55h, 08 JanuaryBirt, McGuire, and Wozniak have just called a new Special Meeting for Jan. 14. I predict the same outcome as last night. The Chair, Mazzochi, has the legal right to set the board agenda. Mazzochi is also Chair until 2017; something the Breuder Board will never accept. A quorum will not be established until the interim trustee arrived.

Posted at 18:29h, 08 JanuaryCOD Board officers are elected each year (by the board) according to board policy. Mazzochi is Chairman until the meeting in April 2016 – 3 more months.

Posted at 05:23h, 08 JanuaryIt amazes me when you see pictures of these criminals that represent the people wherever it may be , Clark county , Arcola , Paris/ Edgar county and Dupage , they all look like idiots … Maybe at every election cycle it should be mandatory to supply a picture alongside their election signatures to run … When I lived in Paris if I’d of seen a picture of the county and city board members I would of voted against them … Oh wait a minute , I did …

Posted at 04:52h, 08 JanuarySo why doesn’t the remaining board members institute charges, demand prosecution and get we the people to support this action?

Posted at 14:56h, 08 JanuaryGood question Gerard, obviously. Why haven’t these so called “reform board” COD Board members filing any “criminal complaints” against the other three COD Board members? Why only was it just one lone citizen who actually did file a complaint? I assume a COD Board member(s) could actually motivate the COD police department to investigate these allegations more than a “criminal complaint” (submit a document to the SA outlining these allegations)… right? This story doesn’t add up, obviously. Have a nice day.

Posted at 21:58h, 07 JanuaryLets get that criminal complaint expedited and these clowns removed from the board. There were some worthy candidates in last April’s election who might like to serve the college without their egos getting in the way.
