Clark Co., IL. (ECWd) –
Our previous article noted that an Ethics Complaint was filed with the Clark County Ethics Commission, and I included the final draft of that complaint while waiting on the original filed complaint with exhibits.
Below are those documents as they were filed. I redacted some information for the sake of privacy of petition signers and complaint signers.
You can clearly see the difference between the packets I picked up from the park district after the last date to file petitions – what I picked up had “full term” circled – you can also see it was changed, after its filing, to “2 year vacancy” while the full term was scratched out. These are snippits from Exhibits 1 and 2 (below). These changes were made on pages 4 thru 8.
In the 3rd Exhibit, you can see on page 2 where “Joe Ewing” was lined thru where it was originally placed in the 4 year term of office section on the Certification of Ballot.
