By a vote of 4-1 the COD Board of Trustees terminated Dr. Breuder.
Prior to the vote, Diane McGuire read a laundry list of laughable statements.
Effective immediately.
The faculty vote of no confidence was added to the termination.

It is so curious as to why Diane, in light of overwhelming evidence as to Brueder’s egotistical, misguided and illegal deeds, continues to defend him. Is it her hatred of Kathy, or is there some other relationship that has yet to be revealed? Something certainly is amiss in her loyalties.
Was Erin Burt there?? The former chairwoman who has the one or two DUI’s? How did she vote, or was she “absent?” If she was not there for this important meeting, then I think she is derelict of her duties. It seems she has been absent for many of these recent meetings, and perhaps she has lost interest in being a board member.
