Open Meetings Act suit against Clark Co. Park District dismissed –

Clark Co., IL. (ECWd) –
Today was the hearing in Cumberland County on the Motion to Dismiss the Open Meetings Act complaint against the Clark County Park District.
The Judge’s opinion was that the park district complied with the OMA and he granted their Motion.
Next hearing is on November 4, 2015 to hear the Motion for Sanctions.
After that hearing, the case will presumably have a final ruling and will then be subject to appeal to the Appellate Court. We do plan on appealing the dismissal of this case.
