7. Authorize Vice Chairman to execute contract with Kreiling Roofing Contractors for repairs to Courthouse roof.

Posted at 13:00h, 13 AugustI am wondering something here – the OMA says that meetings must be held at a place and time which is convenient for the general public to attend. At least that is what I remember – so how is a meeting at 1:00 in the afternoon deemed convenient? Sounds like wishful thinking that no one will be able to attend.
