DuPage Co. – (ECWd) –
The College of DuPage released records today that were requested back in March after what we suspect was an agreement between COD and the Chicago Tribune who filed suit against the college for certain records.
The records, a subpoena from the DuPage County Grand Jury, was issued on February 4th of 2015.
“Seeking all information regarding any contributions made to the College of DuPage Foundation from 2009 to the present by the people and/or companies or other companies that are owned. and for managed by those listed below, including date of contribution, amount, method of payment including the front and back of any
checks, complete wire transfer paperwork, and ACH transfer paperwork.”
It appears the request is for Foundation Board members and their businesses however there are a few names missing from the subpoena that are board member, which may be explained by the fact the Foundation web site listing only shows current members where as the subpoena is for clear back to 2009 and there have been several resignations since our coverage began.
Highlighted are the names of people we have written about regarding their business ties to the College.
