College of DuPage (ECWd) –
We finally looked at the document dump for House Accounts at the Waterleaf during 2013 and 2014.
You can match up Board of Trustee meetings with these receipts for the most part.
These were all provided by the College of DuPage.
Not much more to say – see for yourself.
#10 is Breuder’s – #20 looks like the Foundation’s – and #30 is not that clear who was in control of it.

food, became the cry of retribution,”draw and quarter”.

Posted at 20:48h, 10 JuneWould not the Breuder Account #10 charge receipt dated 2-20-14 at 6:47 pm for $864.00 (annotated as pre-board dinner meeting for the senior management team and the board of trustees) be evidence of a violation of the Open Meetings Act for failure to give adequate, proper and timely public notice of a public meeting (as defined by the Illinois General Assembly) of the COD Board of Trustees held in the Waterfall Restaurant on 2-20-14.

Posted at 20:31h, 10 JuneIf I lived in COD district and knew the Dir. and board members were spending my tax dollars on these drunken parties I’d be seeing about a way to get rid of all of them. F__king bunch of drunks on taxpayers money. BS, string them all up, don’t let them go till they come up with the thousands spent on their parties. So uncalled for. Better yet don’t vote them into office next time. Send message to new members this kind of spending will not be tolerated from now on. People are struggling to put children through college, students are working two jobs? to make ends meet, and these jerks are spending hundreds and thousands to discuss little if any business.
