Clark Co., IL. (ECWd) –
Today I filed a lawsuit naming the Clark County Park District as Defendant in a Freedom of Information Act “FOIA” lawsuit alleging that they had failed to provide requested public records and attempted to impose a fee inconsistent with the Act.
