The board member on the left should be ashamed of his behavior and resign. He does not care at all about anything the public is saying. He sits there and runs figures on his calculator while the gentleman is speaking on something that he feels is important to him as a taxpayer. It does not make any difference whether he cares about the issue but he is elected to represent the people.
