Bogart files formal grievance against Mike Marron, Vermilion Co. Board Chairman –

DANVILLE, IL. (ECWd) –

The grievance alleges:

– Improper termination by chairman

– Unjustifiable termination

– Alternative remedies available

– Politically based termination

If this went down the way the documents say it went down, Marron needs recalled as chairman. This must be his method against people he doesn’t agree with, fire them for no cause, or file a false police report with no cause (he did that last year against a citizen).
