Posted at 07:57h, 20 DecemberWho pays? Probably we the consumer — we’re already going to be paying with these new “clean”lines which the total intent is to be utilized because of the inconsistency of wind turbine output. Look for the taxpayer and the consumer to be paying through the nose.
