Glen Ellyn PD agrees to FOIA mediation agreement –

GLEN ELLYN, IL. (ECWd) –

A positive development has occurred in the public records denial (previous articles here and here) complaint I lodged against the Glen Ellyn Police Department.

Joshua Jones, from the Public Access Counselor’s office has mediated an agreement between the Glen Ellyn PD and myself for them to provide the public records originally requested, which was basically 10 randomly selected (in whatever fashion they choose to select them) DUI/DWI arrest reports that have already been prosecuted.

That puts it right back to what was originally requested on August 6th.
