EDGAR CO. (ECWd) –
The Edgar County Board held 3 meetings this past week. A special meeting and a study session on Monday, October 6, and a Regular County Board Meeting on October 8, 2014.
We previously reported that the study sessi0n had a short special meeting prior to starting and Andy Patrick was recommended by the chairman and approved by the board to replace Dale English.

Additionally, during the regular meeting on October 8, 2014 is where Andy Patrick was sworn in by Judge Garst. Video of this is below, and was taken with my CellularOne powered Samsung S3 smartphone:
