College of DuPage Locks Public Out of Building During Public Meeting –

GLEN ELLYN, IL. (ECWd) –

In another flagrant violation of the Open Meetings Act, the College of DuPage Board of Trustees, under the direction of Erin Birt, decided to lock the public out of the building during the public meeting held on September 25, 2014.

Just another incident in the long history of violations of law on behalf of the College of DuPage.

Was this orchestrated by Breuder and Erin Birt prior to the meeting…collusion to violate the law?

Someone did finally let this person in, but the intimidation factor of locked doors during public meetings is not allowed. Nor is a new rule for public comment that they know will require people to wait to speak until midnight.
