CLARK CO. (ECWd) –
We have been fielding reports for the past 6 months on the Clark County Park District.
One of the items that we would like to look in to further are the alleged real estate issues.
So, if anyone has information on “bad faith” dealings with real estate sales or purchases in the area, and in particular:
– moved docks away from properties that were for sale in an attempt at keeping an “undesirable purchaser” from buying the property in question, only to turn around later and buy it themselves, we would appreciated any information
–refusal to issue dock permits for years on end, only to have a new owner purchase the property and almost immediately receive a dock permit
–any information at all that relates to dock permitting and the purchase/building process
–any other types of activities of this nature in relation to real estate and/or dock permits
