Tribune Endorses Reggie Phillips for the 110th –

CHICAGO, IL. (ECWd) –
The Tribune offers its last endorsements today in contested primary races for the Illinois House. The election is March 18.
110th District: Rep. Brad Halbrook was appointed to this seat in a district south of Champaign-Urbana after Roger Eddy quit the House to become a lobbyist.
