STOP Powerlines In Edgar County Court Hearing Continued –

In a rare standing room only, and overflowing into the hallway of the courthouse hearing, Tom Ogle and his attorney (S. Craig Smith) were in attendance over the high voltage power line issue. After some testimony from both sides, the hearing was continued. The issue at hand remains undecided at this point.

Tom Ogle asked for a “stay”  on the decision. Ameren failed in their attempt to stop the stay. The stay was presumably an effort to see the outcome of an  Appellate Court decision from a different case on the power line issue. Next hearing scheduled for mid April.
