The December 11, 2013 Edgar County Board Meeting video is below. This is the meeting where Jimmy Wells’ “resignation” was accepted and also the same meeting where the Edgar County Watchdogs revealed to the board yet another secret bank account dealing with the Edgar County Airport finances.

I believe this gets us up to a total of 9 secret bank accounts of one type or another that were kept from the County Treasurer and the County Board over the years.
