Outsourcing of Jobs – PROOF!

By Kirk Allen & John Kraft

On September 13, 2013

Knowing there is absolutely nothing the Governor’s office can say to counter our initial article, it’s time to provide the proof that jobs are in fact being outsourced with H1B Visa workers.

The links below take you to the Myvisajobs.com web site where you can search and track companies that apply for visas for employment in the US.
Cognizant has in fact applied for over 100 H1B Visas for employment in Springfield, Illinois and Lansing, Michigan for the MMIS implementation.

For the Governor to claim they are not outsourcing jobs flies in the face of the facts, which most 2nd graders could search and find.  I predict after all this information hits the networks we are going to see some terminations at HFS.  I say that with the assumption key players in this simply have not provided the facts to the Governors office.  If it turns out they have, then the Governor should resign from public office!

Electronic Filing of Labor Condition Applications For The H-1B Non-immigrant Visa Program

  1. H1B Visa for 30 jobs in Springfield (note B7 and G3 sections)
  2. H1B Visa for 10 Jobs in Springfield (note B7 and G3 sections)
  3. H1B Visa for 30 Jobs in Lansing (note B7 and G3 sections)
  4. H1B Visa for 24 Jobs in Michigan

Stay tuned for future exposure on key connections to this whole mess, which may well explain why it’s happening!

Where is my post? I know someone who worked with Caremore , a medicare insurance company in Cerritos, CA. They utilize Cognizant. My mistake was to teach two Indians something. They are very good at representing work they didn’t do.
Tata even sent someone who looks and talks like a gigolo than a professional programmer. I swear to you, I got American friends who were never hired because they are not Indians. Even the Indian green card holders are let go for the sake of H1Bs. Tata and CTS are very aggressive in walling out American youths even for entry level jobs.

There are currently in Illinois OVER 18,000 H-1b visa foreign workers. WTF! These 18,000 DO NOT include L-1, J, B, TN visa workers. Illinois has one of the highest unemployment rates in our country. Why, then, did Durbin and Kirk vote for S. 744, which would allow about 30 MILLION NEW foreign legal workers into our country in the next TEN YEARS?! SEND these foreign workers back to their own country e.g, India, Mexico, etc. American citizens can and should be doing these jobs. MEMO to Gov. Quinn: stop the cheap labor subsidy to State Farm (1,000 Indians), CME, Northern Trust, etc. Hire Americans first, particularly with these new health IT contracts!

With unemployment as high as it is why the hell would the governor allow all of the outsourceing to continue. The people of IL. are deserving of more respect from our officals. Any of the people in office who we have elected to office should be fired if they allow this to continue. Give the jobs to our people of are qualified for the jobs, I’m sure there are several hundred unemployed persons who are more deserving than someone from overseas. It would be nice to talk to someone on the phone who you can understand when they talk to you. I personally hate talking to someone about important matters and can’t understand what they are saying. But that’s just my opinion.

Many US corporations use H1B Visas these days. It boils down to money and the control of these employees for a period of years. These H1B employees are under a greater amount of pressure to perform and so they work long hours to meet deadlines for fear of having their visa revoked by their sponsoring company.

Indentured servitude is what it amounts to and by doing this they have more control over their financial expenditures. All in the effort to satisfy stockholder demands and in turn gutting the American economy. These American students that have invested thousands of dollars in American colleges to ensure that they are given the opportunity to gain a lifelong career path are being turned away by corporate America.

Do you truly believe that all of the students from our colleges are lacking the ability to do the jobs that they have studied and worked so hard to achieve? A great deal of the H1B visa holders were educated in the same American colleges that these employers say our natural born sons and daughters are unqualified to do the required work!
