During the August 2013 Ford County Board meeting, Elynor Stagen, a Ford County Board emmber, denied stating that she withdrew here question during the FIPHD meeting about whether or not Mr. Allen had proof of the over one million dollar loss the Home Health Care had incurred in the past three years.
