EDGAR CO. (ECWd) –
The Edgar County Sheriff has a new app for smartphones Droid – and soon for Apple products.
I have tried it out and it seams to work pretty good – there is also an option to receive text message alerts for information updates.
Use the link above for Droid or go to the Goolge Play Store and search for “Edgar County Sheriff” to find the app.

The New Edgar County Sheriff’s Office App will include crime locations, a complete sex offender list that you can search by name and area, inmate population, wanted persons, push notifications, officer commendations, Facebook link and contact us.
You can also submit a tip (leave an email or phone number and we (Sheriff Dept) will reply back to you) as well as look through our most recent calendar of events!
