EDGAR CO. (ECWd) –
The Edgar County Airport Advisory Board met in open session on May 7, 2013. After listening to the Audio of that meeting, I heard a board member ask MS. Bennett what she was going to talk about at the county board meeting since she was on the agenda. Her short answer, where she lied to him during a meeting:
Jeff: “I have a question. Does. I noticed you were on the agenda tomorrow. Is that have to do with this, the contract, and, and the company that we currently have out there.”
Adonna’s answer: “It just has to do with, with the airport advisory board. I have some things I want to get out.”
Jeff: “Ok, Thank you.”
Please don’t take our word for it – watch the video from the county board meeting the next day and see if that matches what she told the very board she illegally sits on. Wow, I bet they appreciate all that respect they were given.
The question I have is “Why Lie?” Is it because she KNEW the airport board would tell her that she was not to talk as a board member, representing them, if she talked about RSB and the other things she talked about?

Posted at 20:58h, 11 MayI know Adonna lied. I knew that from the first article. In fact, I’m pretty sure that all intelligent Edgar County citizens are aware that she lied. That’s who she is, that’s what she is.
Now, what do we do about that? We can make phone calls, fax or send emails till h— freezes over and there is not going to be any changes. Know why, this is who they are, this is what they are. Folks this is as good as it gets. Do you honestly think this will be over if they force RSB out? Don’t think so. What do you think will happen if these thugs see a piece of land or what ever else their greedy little minds can fix on that they may feel entitled to?
We have a few good people out there, in office, pulling for us, ECWD is out here pulling for us. They can not do it alone, we have an obligation to help.

What we need most is more people attending meetings.
If you can’t attend the meetings, then call the county board members and tell them what you think about the situation.

I will post Adonna Bennett’s phone number, as well as the numbers to the rest of the advisory board as soon as I can find them – I think she need to hear from the public what they think of her actions, and the situation festering at the airport.
