Kansas, IL. teen turns himself in to authorities

EDGAR CO. -

It has been reported that Dillon Armes voluntarily turned himself in last night, May 31, 2012, to the Edgar County Sheriff Department.

He was one of the six Kansas teenagers charged with multiple felony charges in connection with an April 29th home invasion, beating, and burglary in Kansas, IL.

Armes is facing charges of  Home Invasion (Class X Felony), Residential Burglary (Class 1 Felony), and Agravated Battery (Class 3 Felony). He also has a $30,000 bond (10%), 9pm-6am curfew, and no contact with unrelated co-defendants.

We also understand that he did not post bond and is currently in the Edgar County Jail awaiting trial.

*ALL SUBJECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY*
