The Edgar County ETS (911) Board held a regular meeting on Monday, April 9, 2012. Video of the entire meeting is below. Below that is the Open Meetings Act Request for Review I filed with the Illinois Attorney General referencing a possible Conflict of Interest (Incompatability of Offices) (at 6:25 in the video) with the Sheriff and Deputy being ETS board members with the ability to approve or disapprove invoices sent from the Edgar County Sheriff Office.

There were other concerns, for the past year, that haven’t been taken care of yet – but we’re still working those issues.
I already fixed the typo (and resubmitted the complaint) on the meeting date – it should have read April 9, 2012…
