Brad Halbrook to be Sworn In as 109th District State Representative

Shelbyville, IL…Brad Halbrook (R-Shelbyville) will be sworn in as the 109th District State Representative on Tuesday, April 10th at 11:45 a.m. at the Shelby County Courthouse in Courtroom A.  Honorable Judge Kimberly Custer will lead the ceremony, with family, friends, and supporters.  Brad Halbrook is inviting residents of the 109th District to attend.

Brad Halbrook is a small business owner who has successfully run his own fencing company for the past 18 years.  Brad has been married to his wife, Linda, for 29 years.  They have two children, Ashli and Austin, and currently live on an 80 acre homestead in rural Shelby County.  Brad is pro-life and supports a platform of repealing the Democrats’ 67% tax hike, freezing property taxes and increased transparency in state spending.  When he heads to Springfield he has vowed to cut spending, reform the state pension systems and protect the 2nd Amendment.
