This is the resolution of the complaint filed, after the Attorney General’s office completed their investigation on the illegal secret ballot at the 911 meeting in Dec 2011. What makes this so outragious is that the Chairman, Dee Burgin, had the assistance of Craig Smith, their lawyer (no longer in that capacity), and their OMA Officer, Nanette Crippes, who happens to get an additional $1500 for being the OMA/FOIA officer:
