August 1, 2011 E911 Meeting
**Kirk Allen requested information pertaining to what services Craig Smith provided and was paid for at the last meeting.
Does anyone find it odd that not a single board member spoke up to disclose what the payment they approved was for? C
raig Smith was sitting there and said nothing!
The Chairman of the 911 board then directs Mr. Allen to the County Treasure for a copy of the invoice?
I guess the Chairman of the 911 board, who has been on it for the past 20 years doesn’t know the Treasure doesn’t have copies of invoices.
Below is the correspondence provided by Mr. Allen pertaining to this matter.

Don, Sorry to bother you again but I was told to contact you for a copy of the invoice from Craig Smith for a 911 bill. Merle stated that if I want to know what his services were that 911 paid for I would need to contact you to get that copy. Do you have such an invoice? I figured the invoice would have been turned into the 911 board who then files a claim with the clerk to forward to you but I didn’t think you would be responsible for getting me a copy of the invoice? Anyway, if you don’t have it let me know. If you know who I need to contact to get a copy just let me know.
Thanks Kirk Allen

RE: Kirk, Yes, you need to contact the County Clerk’s Office.
We do not have copies/originals of invoices regarding other departments.
Thanks,
Don

Posted at 08:18h, 26 SeptemberIts pretty straight forward. The ETSB knows the treasure does not have copies of invoices. The ETSB is in posession of those and their refusal to turn them over is just another example of how they operate.
If you think there is an alternative way to see it please explain.
