Montgomery County, IL. (ECWd) –

This morning, a Montgomery County Judge issue a Temporary Restraining Order , from the Bench, against Hillsboro School District #3 and its Superintendent, David Powell, protecting the rights of a student to attend school and participate in in-person education.

This is the fourth such TRO, in four different Circuit Courts, against school districts in the past 10 days.

One family filed for this Temporary Restraining Order and Injunction.

The school district made its own determination on quarantine without consultation or communication between the Health Department, student(s), and parent(s).

We will update this article and publish the Order once we obtain a copy.
