Kane County, Illinois – Vote Tallies and Irregularities Point to Serious Problems

By Kirk Allen & John Kraft

On July 16, 2021

Kane Co., IL.  (ECWd) –

An election integrity report out of Kane County, Illinois, contains some very disturbing information.  The report was presented to the County Board, to include requests for a full forensic audit of the voting systems county-wide.  The report only covered 1 polling place with 6 precincts and it is believed with the problems identified in that one polling place there may well be widespread problems with actual vote totals. The report also contains Congressional Candidate Jim Oberweis’ filing after the discovery recount.  It identified anomalies throughout Kane County.

“In Kane County, there were (a minimum of) 39,647 mail-in ballots which were NOT initialed by any election judge, neither Democrat nor Republican. According to the Illinois State Legislature, all mail-in ballots (VBM) are required to be initialed to verify that the voter’s information and signature are correct.”

“On the spreadsheet(s) provided us, there are hundreds of voters over 100 years old, with some being as old as 121 years old who voted in the 2020 General Election.”

The information in the report was obtained from a Freedom of Information Act request through an election integrity nonprofit known as “The Three Headed Eagle Alliance”.  The Kane County Clerk has not been willing to produce all the records requested.  We understand additional FOIA requests are being submitted to get all the records as initially requested.  Specifically, the county refused to produce the requested records, poll tapes from the machines on election night, for all the polling places and only provided limited information for one.

Below are two videos from the Kane County Board meeting where key information is exposed which should raise a red flag on voter integrity.  If there is nothing to hide you would expect the doors would be open and all the records made available.  Unfortunately, that is not the case currently.

A copy of the report provided to the County Board can be downloaded at this link or viewed below.

What?! Dead people voting in Illinois? And that’s still considered an irregularity?

    Well, Lauren? Any comment?

Typical Republican using Republican tactics. Gerrymandering, ballot tampering, and removal of Democrats from the eligible voter lists. Then, spend all of their time claiming it is the Democrats stealing elections.

Gerrymandering? The Democrats have determined the boundaries for representation for years in Illinois so not sure how you can claim that is something the Republicans did. If you have evidence voters were removed from the voter lists please provide that info for publication. I did not see anything in the report or from the presentations that said a word about an eletion being stolen. They presented information that should concern every voter who wants election integrity.

I’m sorry that I have to say this, but if you don’t get the first number out of your mouth right, you lose all credibility. Mr. Piton stated that Kane County had a 58,000 registered voter increase from 2010 to 2020. I checked. It went from 260, 429 to 318, 506. That comes out to 58,077. The Aurora Election Commission existed in 2010. It had parts of Kane, Kendall, DuPage, and Will in it. Maybe he didn’t take that into consideration. Also, the percentage of increase in Kane County was 22%. Kendall County, with about the same demographics had a 29% increase in those years. What can I say?

      ‘Twenty-nine point six million’?

It is a best practice to use rounded values when presenting numbers. 58,077 rounded to the nearest thousand is 58,000.

Quite common that if a birthday is unknown the default is 01-01-1900. You must first ignore all these birthdates when calculating the voter age.

Anyone born at the the end of the 20th century would be old enough to vote in the 2020 election. 01-01-2000 makes a helluvala lot more sense provided that ignoring ‘unknown’ birthdays is even relevant. The 1 in 10 Mr. Piton cited for certain voters having the exact same first and last name as others is simply staggering! Is it a 20th century practice to fill in certain first and last names too?

The issue with using 01-01-2000 is that there are valid voters born on that day. The field should have been set to a value of ‘null’ for any unknown birthdays.

I do agree the 10% same first and last name (hopefully they also included suffix “SR, JR)

I run a check and in the city we have 2.6% duplicates by name.

The real question about the duplicates is were two ballots cast in the previous election? People move and if the election department finds it easier to create a new voter rather than update the address you’ll end up with duplicates. This also happens when the DMV automatically registers voters as new voters when the voter is already in the database.

This leads into the 20 people registered in a 2,000 sq ft house. First question “How many of those 20 registered voters actually voted in the previous election?” We had a similar thing here with 15 registered voters in a 3 bedroom home. Turns out only 3 of the 15 registered voters cast a ballot. The other names were of previous renters.

I’m not saying the there isn’t a problem, but just to be careful when analyzing the raw data.

I’ve been told that Once-upon-a-time, Illinois did not require a birth-date for voter registration. That data was requested starting in the early 1970s. When voting rolls were computerized, anyone that still did not have a birthday entered was assigned 1/1/1900 . So odds are it is not their real birth day.
The problem is that keeping people on the rolls who has died or moved makes it harder to spot voter fraud.
.And we know there are counties with more registered voters than adult citizens. Federal law – the NVRA (aka “motor voter” requires that the election authorities make a reasonable effort to maintain the voter rolls.

If you don’t have a birthdate, the vote is invalid… throw it into the do-not-count pile.

Thank you Michael Haberg & Jan Shaw for posting. After reading the comments on FB, I was afraid that the world had lost its senses. Mr. Piton is a rich Trump shill, bankrolling the fiasco “audit” in AZ. He has been banned from Twitter for spreading false election information. There are a lot of different reasons for the “anomalies” he created, none of which point to voter fraud.

https:/bobbypiton.com claims Mr. Piton is a republican candidate for US Senate in 2022. Sparing no disguise, merely “a shill for Trump…’ with loyalty points for supporting Twitter policy to ban certain accounts; and also for towing the ‘none of which point to voter fraud’ party line.

There has always been election fraud. Democrat and Republican. The city of Chicago is well known for it but this recent election took it to an all time high. Facebook found along with his cohorts even published their highly illegal activities regarding their activities with no lawsuit or jail time.

Voter fraud in Illinois? Say it ain’t so! Remember Jack Kennedy and Richard Nixon? Most won’t, but I do. Nothing has changed.

As to the voter rolls, I would not be surprised if there was a ballot cast in my daughter’s name. She’s been married and living in SC for several years, but even with several requests from her, they still have not taken her name off the rolls. Convenient, no?

Three comments. Purging voter rolls? Remember Fox News / Right Wing Echo Chamber talking about more voters than citizens in Alexander County … and then the State Board of Elections stepped in to provide the $4,000 in postage Alexander County couldn’t afford.

Lest you not believe that, remember years before their Sheriff’s Department had a local bank repossess their vehicles.
    https://thesouthern.com/news/local/sheriffs-squad-cars-repossessed-by-bank/article_18255cbc-a7b8-11de-b625-001cc4c002e0.html

Two, in 1960, when the national League of Women Voters demanded every Illinois ballot be recounted, the GOP quit demanding a Cook County recount.

Three, 01/01/1900 is a common fill-in. Accepting that date without further research by the “auditors” shows shoddy workmanship.

Lots of desperate lefties grasping at straws in these comments. Pretty pathetic really.

I just read that the Republican Kane County Clerk says “I stand by the results. I am sorry if you don’t agree”.

They addressed all of the irregularities with a “nothing to see here, move along” attitude.

I don’t see how we are going to fix this. Good luck finding a judge who is not compromised.

I can’t say that I am not surprised. They will protect each other (both sides) and the corrupt system at all costs.

Without integrity there is no point in voting. We need paper ballots only, vote on election day only, very limited absentee voting, voter ID, hand counted at each polling place at the end of election night with anyone who wants to witness the vote count to be welcome.

If we continue with all of the early voting, computer voting, vote by mail, same day voting, the software and hardware in voting systems that can be manipulated, we have no honesty or integrity in our elections.

Looks like Kane County used 2010 census info to add voters to the roll that most likely voted Democrat/Communist.
