Former Springfield School Board President Sentenced to 11 Years In Prison –

Springfield, IL. (ECWd) –

Adam Lopez, former Springfield School Board President was sentenced yesterday to spend 11 years in prison after pleading guilty to theft. He was credited for time served in Sangamon County Jail since his arrest.

He was also ordered to repay more than $1.5 million to Country Financial.

There are several civil lawsuits continuing, and related to the theft conviction.

    If he would do this to his own family, just think what he would do to take advantage of people he didn’t know.

    The state needs to agressively go after the stolen money and recover it!

    This piece of shit needs to pay !

    I hope his time is prison is a living hell!

    Lets see if Kawmie Raoul has the brass to get the money back..
