Wesley Twp: Norton Files Another Incoherent Motion

By John Kraft & Kirk Allen

On March 29, 2021

Wilmington, IL. (ECWd) –

We have covered the defamation lawsuit filed by Cindy Brzana against John Norton and others since it was filed because it deals with a current Wesley Township Trustee, a former appointed road commissioner, and a citizen who attended meetings.

In this Motion, he apparently seeks Discovery against Brzana’s attorney claiming that the attorney is in possession of his [Norton’s] banking details without a Court Order and that the attorney shared that information with us.

By filing this Motion with the Court, Norton himself gave us the “Banking details” he speaks of, which consists of a debit card with its last four digits. Until this Motion, filed by Norton, we had no idea he had a debit card, credit card, or any other banking information.

This letter sent to Norton, and the Citation to Discover Assets, comes from a case where Norton sued several people for something that is not relatively clear and lost his lawsuit and the Court ordered Norton to pay fees and attorney costs of the Defendants in excess of $4700.

Norton’s Motion, however, states a different case number and complains of information in the lawsuit he already lost.

Specifically, Norton thinks that Brzana’s attorney shared Norton’s banking details with us, and falsely labels us as a political action group. Not that it matters in court, but it just shows more of his ignorance.

He wants to know how the attorney received the banking details, who shared it with him, and who he shared it with.

Norton then claims that he “no longer utilizes banking institutions within the jurisdiction of the United States, its territories or its possessions, to preclude any further intrusions” – so he is telling the court, that all of his vast wealth is nowhere within the United States banking institutions, including all of the wealth he did not have when he filed his pauper’s lawsuit claiming no job, no money, etc. We wonder how that’s working out for him…
