President Trump joins Texas and 19 other states in lawsuit against Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin

By Kirk Allen & John Kraft

On December 9, 2020

United States (ECWd) –

Update: 12-11-2020: SCOTUS denied the petition, stating lack of standing (read their Order here).

President Trump has filed a motion to intervene in the Texas v. PA, GA, MI, WI lawsuit regarding the election process in those 4 Defendant states.

Texas was the first to file and now 19 other states have filed AMICI CURIAE in Support of Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to File Bill of Complaint. These state actions are being filed by State Attorneys General on behalf of their Sovereign State.  Trump’s filing was in his personal capacity as a Candidate for US President. Additionally, Carter Phillips, former Assistant to the Solicitor General, has filed a motion in support of the Defendants.

From the Texas Brief:

“Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1251(a) and this Court’s Rule 17, the State of Texas respectfully seeks leave to file the accompanying Bill of Complaint against the States of Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (collectively, the “Defendant States”) challenging their administration of the 2020 presidential election.”

A copy of each brief can be downloaded from the blue links below.

While we understand few will take the time to read the actual court filings, we urge everyone to take the time to read what may be the biggest case our United State’s Supreme Court ever tackles.

We will update if other states file motions in the case.

So you are OK with trashing the Constitution as long as your guy wins?

God Bless Texas and the other States included in the case. Anon the Democrats have already trashed the Constitution when they rigged the election and lied. So now it is up to these states and the millions of people that are hones to get things right. You have a nice day and I pray for those that haven’t seen the light yet. 🙂

Is it too difficult to believe that maybe, just maybe, more people voted for Biden? Or would you rather believe that there is a nationwide conspiracy to rig an election but they forgot to rig the House and senate?

There has not been a single piece of evidence provided that points to fraud in any of those states. Unless you classify letting minorities and Democrats vote as fraud. Sorry, but we should really let the Blacks vote now without making it a federal case.

Again, repeating a feeling or a lie doesn’t make a truth appear.

Ignoring any and all evidence is the means of the media to dumb down the public.

If data scientists and election experts who usually examine election data pose any questions of improbability of a lopsided count, especially while those states happened to simultaneously stop counting, we should just ignore their questions, as long a dem got the votes? What would or should you do if the same consistent irregularities show up for the other side? Or would behave like your lot had for the last 4 years?

Is it out of the question to consider that for someone who is obviously mentally deficient, has no public support or enthusiasm, who has lost a good chunk of racial minority support, should not miraculously got hundreds of thousands of votes in a matter of minutes of all vote counting being stopped?

So, no question as to whether where those suitcases under those tables in GA came from? Or why only those few people remained and still processed ballots from those suitcases after everyone had gone home? Yeah, nothing wrong there.

It’s obvious the left has finally been exposed of the stealing that they’ve gotten away with for years. The only difference this time was that they’re desperate and too stupid to think that no one would notice all of the padding effort from dead voters to multiple illegal votes, and was actually challenged. That and the RINOs are their usual nad-less selves and are just hedging their bets of the possibility of having to work with potential commie leaders.

Texas has absolutely no stating to sue another state about how they run their elections. All states in question have certified their votes. Georgia has hand counted its ballots three times with Biden winning that state each time. The same with other states. Wisconsin hand counted two counties with Biden picking up votes . There is no evidence of wide spread fraud that would reverse the Biden win. This is weakening our country’s institutions and the security of our elections. If this were to go forward this would disenfranchise millions of voters.

In Michigan deranged Trump supporters showed up at the house of Michigan Secretary of State ARMED. Trump lost , Biden won. Someone is going to get, hurt or killed. This needs to stop.

Must be getting paid from the main media, as your words are exactly what they’ve been regurgitating non-stop.

Of course, keep counting the same illegal ballots w/ unverified signatures will always yield the exact same results. Not worried about who actually signed those ballots, or if those non-reviewed “additional” ballots were at all legitimate? It’d be easy to go through an audit of those ballots, and if they’re legitimate, then so be it. The cheaters just don’t even want to allow such an audit to happen. Recounting is moot and stupid, even a dem can understand that.

So no concern for those folks who have come forward to testify about the frauds and got harassed or their homes vandalized? Nice of you to worry about the biased politician being protested at her home. At least she didn’t have her family threatened.

Sounds like you’re threatening something. Probably expected, if it’s coming from the left. Either comply or violence will happen. Right?

So trying to be clever w/ some off-the-wall questions just to deflect from all that have been going on?

What are you, 14 years old?

If you dare to step out of that little cocoon that your media has constructed for you, there are issues that require questions and logical conclusions. Having someone manipulate the news before they feed you the message is like an infant who isn’t yet able to chew solid food and has to take mashed up food that its mommy feeds it. Easy, comfortable, and easy to digest. Eventually, though, we all have to mature and have to decide what food to eat and chew our own food.

At 14 years of age, I’d expect you to be able to chew on your own. But maybe it’s your unwillingness or inability to read, especially vast amount of information, and much of it may not be comfortable for you to digest.

When you do grow up, read the Constitution, and learn how and why it’s a very unique document that no other countries have. If that’s too much work for you, please move to a communist country (if America isn’t gone by then), and see how your soft self would last. Just a clue, hundreds of millions have died from, and many millions have fled, communism. If we don’t refer to the Constitution to get a handle on this leftist cheat, America as we know it will be gone. Maybe you don’t understand that dynamic. Or maybe, just maybe, that you are on the side that wants America destroyed and not to have another fair election ever again.

I’m being paid? No. I’m threatening? Really? Trump supporters DID congregate at the home of the Secretary of State of Michigan armed, it was done to intimidate her and her family. Google is your friend look it up. As far as my writing, I write in coherent sentences that make sense. I also don’t trade in looney conspiracies where a defeated candidate who lost an election somehow won it, he lost and lost it by over 7 million votes and a decisive Electoral College win. Again, Trump lost and Biden won.

If anything you have said is true, why have all the legal suits been thrown out at every single level of the courts? All of you “evidence” of fraud has been debunked over and over again. It was thrown out of the Supreme Court last week and will be thrown out again. Texas and the Attorney Generals of those states have NO legal standing to sue another state for the way they ran their elections.

From the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania: “This claim, like Frankenstein’s Monster, has been haphazardly stitched together… This Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence. In the United States of America, this cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth most populated state. Our people, laws, and institutions demand more.”

Over 30 suits have been thrown out as poorly written, with no evidence of fraud or with hearsay.

Ken Paxton of Texas has been indicted on securities fraud and accused by top aides of bribery, abuse of office and other potentially criminal offenses. He wants a pardon from Trump, hence this ridiculous suit that doesn’t pass the smell test.

The fact is that you have no evidence of fraud that would hold up in a court of
law. It is the Trump administration that is attempting to over turn a free and secure election.

Simple, dem appointed judges already made up their minds before they even saw any evidence. They didn’t even want anyone to see the evidence.

First of all, no, Google is not a friend to those who look for raw information and data. Google is your friend simply because its algorithm adapted to your past interests and searches, and feed you what it projects you’ll be pleased with and so you’ll keep using it.
Try this: Open up 3 browsers, Google, DuckDuckGo, and Opera, and type in the exact words/phrases in each, see what you get from each one. Then jump to a much later page, as in 10th or so, of the search, and compare the results. It may require some thinking and logical questioning, so you’re probably not used to that if Google has been your friend. Good luck.

Google only fed you links w/ writers who color their reporting of the protest in front of the MI politician’s house. Tell me, isn’t the left all for “peaceful protest?” If that protest in MI wasn’t peaceful, please provide proof of violence or threats. Arrests?

Apparently, you’re either purposely ignoring, or your Google friend didn’t tell you, that the left’s violent protests in front of Republican politicians’ homes that resulted in physical harm and arrests. What does your friend feed you about Mitch McConnell, Steve Scalise, and Rand Paul?

Congratulation on being able to write coherent sentences, but that doesn’t validate your sense of fairness or logic. How you absorb information dictates how you process logical issues.

Donald Quixote (always tilting at windmills) just wants the SCOTUS to really really really tell him he’s a big fat LOSER.

    Again.

Because he’s apparently become a masochist and can’t humiliate himself enough after every other baseless suit was thrown out (or refused by the SCOTUS).

It’s all a spectacle to run again in 2024 after whining for the next four years how Joe Biden allegedly stole the election by simply getting more votes.

Delusional Donald needs to expend as much energy pushing Swamp Man McConnell to stop obstructing a new stimulus deal. Got so much energy, then pass a bill already.

You idiots in here that think this is challenging your Constitution have to learn to read. This is ALL about UPHOLDING the Constitution. These states are being sued for VIOLATING their OWN Constitutional laws!

The states are in VIOLATION of Art 2, Sec.1. The states that are suing are using that Article correctly and UPHOLDING it!

This is an issue about UNLAWFUL. Nothing to do with “results”! They are NOT being sued for results!

Upholding the Constitution? Texas has no standing to sue another state for running their elections. None. Where exactly is this going to end? Should California have standing to sue Texas or Florida over their disenfranchisement of felons?
      From Pennsylvania;
““The court should not abide this seditious abuse of the judicial process, and should send a clear and unmistakable signal that such abuse must never be replicated,”
“Let us be clear,” the brief continued. “Texas invites this court to overthrow the votes of the American people and choose the next president of the United States. That Faustian invitation must be firmly rejected.”
      From Georgia
This election cycle,” he wrote, “Georgia did what the Constitution empowered it to do: it implemented processes for the election, administered the election in the face of logistical challenges brought on by Covid-19, and confirmed and certified the election results — again and again and again. Yet Texas has sued Georgia anyway.”
      From Wisconsin:
““Texas proposes an extraordinary intrusion into Wisconsin’s and the other defendant states’ elections, a task that the Constitution leaves to each state,” Wisconsin’s brief said. “Wisconsin has conducted its election and its voters have chosen a winning candidate for their state. Texas’s bid to nullify that choice is devoid of a legal foundation or a factual basis.”

You must be one of those people are still waiting for Mexico to pay the invoice for whatever was built of the wall. You must believe that Trump would save $300 billion of a medicare prescription program that costs $78 billion. You must believe that Trump is a successful businessman when it takes a special form of moron to bankrupt a casino. Trump lost and Biden won. Time to give up the delusion.

        C. Dickerson you do NOT understand what the Constitution is. The whole PURPOSE is that it IS a CONTRACT BETWEEN the states! Those states that allowed illegal voting procedures are in VIOLATION of their CONTRACT with ALL OTHER STATES LEARN to read!

What are the “illegal voting procedures?” Is that when they allowed the minorities to vote? This isn’t the 1800’s anymore. Our Constitution gave Black the right to vote with the 15th Amendment.
