Bradley, IL. (ECWd) –

UPDATE 9-14-2020: Catherine Wojnarowski, through her attorney, states that emails contained within this police report include things that she believes are not true.

A domestic battery complaint has been filed against the Bradley, Illinois Village Manager, Catherine Wojnarowski.

In the complaint, it alleges that:

  • Catherine Wojnarowski, without legal justification, intentionally caused bodily harm to said complainant, a household or family member, in that said defendant did strike and beat said complainant
  • That on Dec 7, 2019, Wojnarowski was drunk, and on the ride home, she dug her fingernails into plaintiff’s arm, drawing blood, and then she punched him in the mouth. Later she tried getting out of a moving vehicle which was traveling at about 60 miles per hour.

We would like the public to remember that these are only allegations, and each person is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Violence begets violence. Sometimes the relationship is violent at the initiation of the man, and sometimes it is initiated by the woman. After this, no matter who initiates violence, she will have a documented history of aggression. In my limited history with violence, I came to understand that neither party is validated by way of its employ, unless the winner gets to live another day and the loser does not.
