UPDATED – URGENT call to action – re: JCAR Meeting To Consider Enforcement and Fines!

The JOINT COMMITTEE ON ADMINISTRATIVE RULES has the power to stop the Administrative Rules being proposed which would permit police, state, and local health department to mandate “training, warnings, and fines up to $2500” for business owners who violate the Governor’s orders.

According to the August 11, 2020, JCAR meeting agenda:

“If members of the public wish to express their views with respect to a proposed rule, they should submit written comments to the Office of the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules at the following address: Joint Committee on Administrative Rules, 700 Stratton Office Building, Springfield, Illinois 62706”.

Considering the current proposal tramples our Constitutional rights and will cause irreparable devastation to the lives of many, and further destruction of our economy, we urge people to take action and submit a written comment urging the JCAR to refrain from implementing any new rules related to the governor’s latest “guidelines.”

#43 on the Agenda:  Local Coronavirus Urgent Remediation Emergency (or Local CURE) Support Program (14 Ill. Adm. Code 700).

JCAR did not provide any proposed changes for us to review as they did with others under consideration, so we can only “assume” any proposed emergency changes will support yesterday’s message from the governor which would subject businesses to training, warnings, fines, and criminal charges, for what their customer do, or do not do, in relation to social distancing and wearing face coverings.

Rather than mailing the submission, send them the submission by email at the following email addresses.

We urge everyone to read this article in its entirety and watch the clip of Governor Pritzker telling us what rules he wants made to enforce restrictions on the people of this great state.

The subject of those written submissions needs to reflect the following:

We urge all who submit a written comment to be professional and factual with their submission and outline clearly and distinctively how this proposed rule will impact themselves, local businesses, municipalities, and the state as a whole.

Again, we urge the public to stand up and be heard on this new rule that can criminalize business owners, including license revocations, for something their customers do.

    These draconian dictatorship rules have to stop. This is a punishment to businesses that have already suffered enough! Talk about Hitler style, this is not America we all should be living in.

    JCAR knows full well with the ruling in the Bailey case that these “mandates” can only be looked at as guidance going forward and not made into “law” with consequences. If they go against it, I hope Atty. DeVore(sp?) goes after them too. Everything Pritzker has done since April 17 is illegal, this no less so. He’s hiding under the cloak of IDPH now instead of IEMA, but we all know these are his rulings as IDPH has been silent throughout this whole “lab rat experiment” fiasco. I hope his next day in court will put a final nail in his “I am king” syndrome and the judge lays some severe consequences on him for thumbing his nose at his ruling.

    NItecat is right! There is absolutely NO NEED To beg anyone for your freedom. All the illegal orders have ALREADY been declared null and void. Get out there and live your lives. stop listening to political whores.

    Hardly any of the businesses in Kankakee County follow the governors rules and haven’t since the beginning. There are hair salons that don’t require a patron to wear a mask. There are car dealerships that no one wears mask. There are places you go to get your tires changed, oil changes that no one wears mask. I just can’t believe all of the peoplethat don’t follow the Rules.

    Is he going to try to say “JCAR approves so clay county can gtfo?” Because tmk, an administrative board would still be superseded by a court.

    JCAR better be sticking to the Constitution and not letting Pritzker off the hook, I agree, a judicial decree based on the constitution will supersede anything a little ‘Ol committee has to say. They had better remember it’s an election year fir them too.

    Mr. Audacity has a valid state court order that is rule to show cause. Until 1:00 p.m. Friday there can be no other “Local CURE.”

    I called up virtual Karl Marx and he said it was for the greater good not to wear a mask. Being the Democrat Party holds Karl Marx as their leader they should listen to their leader. Karl also said every American should be armed and prepared for an invasion of foreign and domestic enemies. That the Americans should form militias to repel the invaders. Karl also said that every American should attend church and study the Bible and prepare for Jesus second coming. He also said to educate your children at home. Karl hated abortion and said in no way should government money be used to pay for abortion.
