Governor JB Pritzker Runs to Illinois Supreme Court Who Granted Motion to Stay Motion for Contempt in Bailey Case

By Kirk Allen & John Kraft

On August 11, 2020

Illinois  (ECWd) –

Illinois Governor Pritzker appears to be running away from a potential Contempt of Court charge by running to the Illinois Supreme Court with a Motion to Stay the Clay County motion pending outcome of a Motion for Supervisory Order.

The Supreme Court granted his motion today so the Contempt of Court hearing that was to be heard this Friday in Clay county would not take place.

We will update with more information as to when the Motion for Supervisor Order is to heard by the Supreme Court.

A copy of the Order from the Supreme Court can be downloaded at this link (available at Capitol Fax) or viewed below.

The political science bachelor with a J.D. degree and registry with the ARDC, whom now acts as a wealthy governor, could have made motion to the supreme court without referring to a state court order against him as “laughable.” “It’s not political” is and was, of and for J. B. Pritzker’s gullible.

Liberals like Pritzker, are ideologically driven and have no love for the law. They are unconcerned with whether their desires for government action are legal. Their basis for what is right or wrong is how strongly they ‘feel’ about it. If they think something ought to be this way or that, then they don’t care what the Constitution says or the reasons it was written that way.

Dictatorship is founded on the doctrine that the individual amounts to nothing the State is the only thing that counts and that men, women and children were put on earth solely for the purpose of serving the State

Dave may want to read the book “It Can’t Happen Here” and where talking about “dictatorships” think about the current Presidents actions. It fits the prez to a tee (pun intended).

Why bring up the president? This is a state issue? If you are here just to throw stones at Trump, just leave. And a dictatorship can happen here, it can happen by way of judicial tyranny.

Dictator fits our last president, Obama to a tee. Obama not only bad mouthed the US constitution, he stomped on it. The supreme court ruled 9-0 that Obama’s appointments were unconstitutional because the Senate was not truly in recess (2014) That was the act of a dictator wannabe

Lol, you think the president is a dictator? What’s Pritzker to you? A saint? Get out of here with your TDS.

Criminals. Every one of them. They will get their new world order by hook or by crook. Looks to be like an awful lot of hooking and crooking.

Of course this was going to happen. He will drag this through the courts forever, and courts will flip flop on their decisions at will.

The only option is to leave the state, there is no law left in this state, i cant even tell the who the judge and who the criminal in the courts is anymore.

I should be disappointed, but this is exactly what i expected.

Next up: mike madigan as illinois supreme court judge, ruling on his own lawsuit.

State government’s of Michigan and Wisconsin have long since addressed the issue of their executive officer’s emergency powers. Since time is utmost, and because Illinois deliberately lags other states in this regard, viewing the azure skies of autumn from ground I stand on the other side of the river will be well with my soul.

By the way, thanks to the tenacious John Kraft and Kirk Allen, the formerly mis-managed Eagle Creek Resort appears more becoming of a state park.

Once again we see our criminally inclined Governor Pritzker conspiring with our worthless Attorney General (and his entire office of do little; can’t get it done in your lifetime flunkies) ignoring Illinois law.
Why are Illinois Citizens expected to follow Illinois Law when the Governor of Illinois and the Attorney Generals’ office won’t?
Now the losers strategy continues with delays, postponements, ignoring the law and being as obstinate as possible.
I believe this will be returned to Clay County and I’ll be there to see Pritzker face the judge.
