Gov Pritzker Announces New COVID Guidelines / Fines –

By John Kraft & Kirk Allen

On August 7, 2020

Chicago, IL. (ECWd) –

UPDATED

Governor Pritzker announced (read it here) that the IDPH is issuing new emergency rules to assist in enforcing the mask and distancing rules for businesses with three steps:

  • First, businesses will be given a warning in the form of written notice and encouraged to voluntarily comply with public health guidance.
  • Second, businesses that do not voluntarily comply will be given an order to have some or all of their patrons leave the premises as needed to comply with public health guidance and reduce risks.
  • Third, if the business continues to refuse to comply, the business can receive a class A misdemeanor and be subject to a fine ranging from $75-$2,500

Pritzker said there has been a face-covering mandate since May 1, 2020.

Individuals are not subject to any penalties under this rule, even though they are required/obligated to wear a face covering.

This policy clarifies the authority of IDPH and local health authorities.

He asked JCAR to give authorities the tools to implement these guidelines.

If IDPH is issuing new “guidance” on mask wearing, then why didn’t the IDPH hold the press conference announcing this?? Is Putzker their “press secretary” now?? These are just his rules hiding behind the cover of the IDPH.

Neither Pritzker or the IDPH can criminalize our constitutionally protected freedoms. Even after AG Barr said he couldn’t lawfully do so? Pritzker thinks he is about the law and he is King

So how exactly does he suggest businesses go about enforcing this? Instruct their minimum wage employees to tackle anyone not wearing a mask inside their business? This man is out of his mind.

This is just talk trying to show he’s doing something and scare people into compliance. Otherwise nothing has changed.

Rules from a jackass. He is full of bologna and no one will step forward to exclaim, “The emperor isn’t WEARING any clothes!”

Are there any other lawyers besides Mr. DeVore ready to step up & file suit against Jumbo Balloon? Are there 100 readers at this site willing to chip in $100 to start funding another legal challenge? I’d like to think this is doable. A case will arguably be pricy but at what cost do we continue surrendering what few liberties we have left? $100 X 100 donors = $10K. Surely some powerhouse lawyer or law firm would accept that as a retainer fee to get things rolling, right? Then we could help supplement legal costs along the way and hopefully others who are still fortunate to have some $$ in the bank will come along and add to the legal fund.

The old saying goes “lead by example”. And I’m ready to do so. If someone gets a strong attorney or firm to file another suit, I’ll go on the record and give $100 to that lawyer or firm to get started. In fact, let me up that to $200. That means we’ll need just 49 others to give $200 or 98 to give $100 to get to the $10K mark. In short, someone find the right lawyer or group and I’ll help start the fund. We got this. We can do this.

I’ll check this article daily as well as this site to see if someone is ready to roll. I am dead serious about doing this and will immediately give to that lawyer or firm’s fund as soon as someone steps up to the plate. Who’s ready to go to bat for God, Illinois and our suffering people and businesses? There’s strength in numbers, as the old adage goes. I know not everyone can help in this current crisis but I can do a little and I pray others who can will as well. God bless.

Our illegal governor is spouting more illegal rules.

Read the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION…YOU sir do NOT have the authority to do so. You stated in an interview that wearing masks was NOT a law it was a strong suggestion from you..B.S. you sure did try.
I have traveled on several Ollinois roads that are currently under construction. These signs are saying things such as..AND I QUOTE” WELCOME to ILLINOYED…WEAR A MASK, IT’S THE LAW…NO IT ISN’T!

IDOT really ought to keep focus on motor vehicle safety messaging. Clever messages targeting audiences for distracted driving, seat belt use, and trailering safety, among many others, are more relevant. I’ll put-in for “pot-holes and rough road ahead, drive with caution for the next 22 miles.”

I always give those signs the finger as I pass. I sincerely hope the cameras attached to them are working.

For good reason, I just couldn’t bring myself to allocate 7:57 minutes viewing another Illinois coronavirus response press conference conducted by the governor.

What kind of communist state do we live in where doctors and surgeons wear masks to prevent the spread of disease? Next time you go in for your hip replacement, demand the doc rips off that mask and operates like a free man. It is your constitutional right to have his germs blown into your open wound. And don’t even get me started on the “sanitized” surgical equipment they just want to clean so they can bill you for…

      Clever! NOT!

For one, in a surgery environment, the patient is usually in a compromised position and masks are mainly used to maintain a sterile environment. Equating that to the general non-medical environment where there are countless variables from age, temperature, activities, etc., is just silly!

No, you didn’t win the internet today. Go join JBs (both of them) in their basements and save those few last brain cells.

What is silly is trying to claim that a mask is worthless against an airborne virus.

What is silly is simply believing that this virus is the only thing that’s airborne or that it’s the deadliest one. With that aimless fear, get a bubble and go live in it. The world is much larger than your fear universe, and shocking as it may be, people have already moved on from this hype, all the while not having lockdowns or looking like muzzled sheeps or listening to your government subsidized pseudo-scientists.

If nothing else, masks are becoming a fashion craze. I’d like to sign you up to ensure all the mask patterns, shapes, colors, and sizes are up to snuff for your preferred orthopedic surgical team.

By the way, unless you’ve lived under communism, you have no idea the suffocation and despair of those people. I lived through and escaped from communism, and what I saw was that at the outset of communism, the brown-nosers and useful idiots were always enthusiastic in compliance and obedience. They even snitched on and reported on their friends and families to score benefits w/ the State. In a matter of months, when everyone was securely under the iron grip, these same useful idiots became the first ones to crack and crumbled.

I’m seeing the same signs these days, where naive folks who have never had a hard time living in this country become complacent and are clueless to the impending demise of this country. Simply obeying without demanding proof is always the first sign.

So much written world history to learn, and yet, silly and naive people refuse to read it.

How effective is your mask against plexiglass barriers now found at the grocer? How effective is your mask for others observing the floor stickers that remind how to stand in line? How is effective is your mask when you sneeze or cough. Are you free to sneeze and cough with your mask on?
