Here is the APEX Fee Schedule Morgan County censored from their website –

By John Kraft & Kirk Allen

On March 5, 2020

Morgan Co., IL. (ECWd) –

After we posted an article on APEX – Lincoln Land Wind’s payment of $100,000.00 for one setback waiver (read article here), Morgan County censored the “Morgan County Siting Permit Application Submitted February 18, 2020 by Lincoln Land Wind, LLC. (APEX Clean Energy)” from its website, which we had a direct link to in the first article.

We generally always keep backups of any information we write about, so here is the entire document as it was on Morgan County’s website prior to being censored (click here). The document is around 142 mb in size. The Fee Schedule is on pages 2276-2278 of the pdf.

Enjoy!

It appears APEX definitely has something to hide, including large portions of their TOP SECRET sections of the wind turbine permit application. I think we should find the complete copies of the three deeds for the homes purchased by APEX in Vermilion County and create an entire article about those. If turbines are okay, then why would APEX put out top secret information and gag clauses and purchase entire properties?????

If this is something dealing with the county shouldn’t it be public knowledge. Why are their “gag” clauses. I have a real problem with which the wind industry seems to like to keep things secret. No one can “tell” others that they signed leases or anything. I know of 3 businessmen who owned another business worked together for yrs. friends/neighbors. The one found that the other 2 had signed leases this was way after the fact. Everything seems to be hush hush and secret. Now tell me about transparency and “best practices”.
