IL State Rep Stephanie Kifowit’s (D) Death Wish on Rep Breen (R) and his family – then she lied about it –

By John Kraft & Kirk Allen

On November 28, 2018

SPRINGFIELD, IL. (ECWd) –

On the Illinois House of Representative Floor, during debate on November 27, 2018, Rep. Stephanie Kifowit, D-Aurora, issued a death wish upon Rep. Peter Breen and his family.

She was applauded by fellow representative Jonathan Carroll, D-Buffalo Grove, who complimented her on her eloquent comments.

Kifowit later lied, on the house floor, about what she said, and refused to apologize for what she said, but rather issued a faux apology for how people “misunderstood” what she said.

There is no misunderstanding this clear death wish (in our opinion).

Illinois State Representative Stephanie Kifowit, D-Aurora:

To [Representative Peter Breen] I would like to make him a broth of legionella and pump it into the water system of his loved one, so that they can be infected, they can be mistreated, they can sit and suffer by getting aspirin instead of being properly treated, and ultimately die.”

Later in the day, after receiving a demand for an apology, she lied to other members of the General Assembly by trying to convince them she did not say what she actually said.

Kifowit refused to apologize for her death wish, but instead apologized for how people misinterpreted what she said.

Montage of her comments and lies below:

Probably a silly question but isn’t lying unethical, even in the state capitol?

Try and get the ethics commission to do something about it. She’ll only get a slap on the wrist and a don’t do that again finger wave, if they even look at it. They only use it against conservatives.

Kifowit was about a million miles out of line with this! I don’t care how mad she was, how frustrated she was, etc., this was a long string of vile garbage for her to let fly and she should be apologizing all over the place, to everyone, including every citizen of the state. Her comment wasn’t just vicious, it was really, really stupid.

She seemed off the wall on this – I don’t see what the debate was about so don’t know if there was some sort of relevance (in her mind) to the off in left field comment. I can’t believe that the other rep. took it as a serious threat.

Where do you see anything about the other representative taking it as a serious threat?

Nope. Kifowit was wrong and crossed a line. There are a few dozen ways she could have wondered how Breen would feel if a loved one had been through this kind of horror. She chose the worst, ugliest, and stupidest way.

I don’t think this can accurately be called a death wish, though. It’s just beyond obnoxious and dumb. Kifowit still owes everyone an apology in the strongest words she can muster for THAT, from the floor.

they will either wish for death of the Constitution, America, Conservatives, shout out maxipad’s “attack them” or actually kill them-via baseball practice or Judge Scalia’s pillow. I harbor very deep feelings about their deaths, (in many quadruple digits) too.
