Motion to Revoke Randy Peterson’s Probation Filed in Indiana –

Vermillion Co., IN. (ECWd) –

The Vermillion County, Indiana Prosecutor filed a Motion to Revoke the Probation of Randall Peterson. Peterson was on 178 days of “Formal Probation” after pleading Guilty to a DUI on September 5th, 2017.

Peterson is most recently charged in Edgar County, Illinois with Domestic Battery / Physical Contact from an incident occurring earlier this month at his home in Paris, Illinois (read it here). He has been ordered NO CONTACT with his wife or house in that case.

Peterson was on “Formal Probation” in Vermillion County, Indiana for that DUI offense when his most recent arrest in Paris, Illinois happened.

On October 31st, the Vermillion Co., Indiana Court reviewed the Motion to Revoke Probation and found “probable cause that the Defendant did violate his terms of probation. Clerk to issue summons for the Defendant to appear in Initial Hearing on November 20, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. Per Court Order.”

He will appear, or is scheduled to appear, in Vermillion County Indiana Court on November 20, 2017.
