This is small beer. She can just go over to Happy’s Super Service Station in Spring Valley, Ill for a quick fill up, tune up and an oil change. Then everything will be fine. Worked many times before. Why not again?

    Such classy people (giggle).

Just wanted to post a link to a letter from a couple of years ago about the need to overhaul the Illinois Freedom of Information Act so more Watchdogs can get much needed government transparency and accountability:

    http://www.sj-r.com/opinion/20160324/letter-illinois-needs-serious-foia-reforms

Citizen Advocacy Center in Elmhurst, IL runs a FOIA Fest periodically. If in the surrounding suburban area, you can learn how to use the Freedom of Information Act to drag your possibly corrupt local government officials, kicking and screaming, out into the light.

After all, to borrow a quote from Justice Brandeis: “Sunlight is the best disinfectant.”

Indeed! And woof woof to the Watchdogs for their excellent work.
