DuPage Co. (ECWd) –

The convicted College of Dupage thief John Valenta has been sentenced to 8 years in prison and hit with a restitution of upwards of $400,000.00.

We are working on obtaining all the investigative files to report more detail on his criminal enterprise.  As we understand it, he was working for possible four different entities at the same time to include CBS, who we understand has or is seeking recovery of upwards of $40,000.00

Valenta, a convicted criminal, provided false invoices for services/items never provided and through that process pocketed over $400,000.00.

We were the first to seek records tied to this scandal that led to illegal attempts to seal them from the public eye by the previous President and COD Board, which we exposed in this article.

We are confident that the remaining investigative files will lay out in detail how this criminal executed his plan to steal from the taxpayers.

Once we receive those records we will update accordingly.

Meanwhile, back at the Breuder Ranch near Scottsdale, Arizona, where an unindicted co-conspirator ‘cowboy’ languishes in luxury on the 14th hole…

Good work ECW for exposing the sloppy mangment that allows thiefing parasites, like Valenta to be hired.

The old cod board was responsible for enabling this kind of sloppy mangment and this sould not be forgotten. Sunlight is the best cure for corruption.
