year and half ago watchdogs asked for taxpayer information thru a Foia request ,after reading the court posting of how this is going, how has the township attorney turned this to the watchdogs have 28 days to produce something for the township attorney . Is this more than just wanting to see normal bookkeeping that is required of a taxing body or has the court system turned this into a veil of secrecy? Everyone knows it is very easy to produce records of how this taxing body has spent taxpayers money. What are the issues here?

Amazed, the issues are very simple-use whatever tax money they need to hide their wrong doing. We have talked in the past how the Township and those in charge think they are above reproach, but time is running out.I’ve heard the the Township has said they kicked butt in court, the court documents do not read that way.I guess they do not understand what “denied” means.

Mark better read about Sigel Road Commissioner. How many driveways have you put gravel on? There is 1 farmer south of town (I believe, not in Arcola Township) that had several loads delivered when he built his new house.
