3 more Kansas teens in Court –

Two more of the “Kansas 6″ were back in court on July 12, 2012 at the Edgar County Courthouse.

Cole Lewis appeared in June 14 with a pretrial date set for July 26, 2012 at 9 A.M.

Caleb Hunter and Collin Hunter appeared, with council:

All the defendants:

- waived their right to a preliminary hearing.

- entered a plea of Not Guilty with the demand of a Jury Trial

- the Hunters are scheduled to appear on August 30, 2012 at 9 A.M. for a Pretrial Hearing.

State to furnish discovery by 8-23-12. Defense to furnish discovery by 9-6-12.
